Relationship Compatibility: What Numerology, Astrology & Kabbalah Can Reveal About Your Connection
Are we really compatible?
It is one of the questions I am asked most often.
Couples come to me at many different stages of their relationships. Some are just beginning to get to know each other and want to understand their connection more deeply. Others are considering marriage, moving in together, or taking another important step. And some have been together for many years but want to understand their relationship and each other better.
I am Fibi Algabrilitz, Numerologist, Astrologer and Kabbalist, and I have been working in this field for more than 45 years.
Over the years, I have learned that relationship compatibility is not simply a question of “compatible” or “not compatible.”
Two people can be very different and still build a loving, stable and supportive relationship. And two people who seem perfectly matched on paper can struggle if they do not understand each other's needs, sensitivities and ways of communicating.
That is why, when I look at relationship compatibility through numerology, my goal is not to give a couple a score.
My goal is to understand the two people — and the dynamic between them.
Compatibility Is More Than “Yes or No”
When people search for a numerology compatibility reading, they sometimes expect a simple answer: yes or no.
But a relationship is a living thing.
Every person has their own personality, emotional needs, communication style, pace and way of dealing with difficulties. Sometimes the differences between two people are exactly what allows them to complement one another.
What matters is understanding where there is natural harmony, and where differences may require more patience, communication and understanding.
I do not believe that numbers should decide whether someone stays in a relationship or leaves it.
Numerology can help us understand a relationship, but our choices, communication and willingness to understand one another are just as important.
What Can Numerology Reveal About a Relationship?
Numerology gives me a way to explore the natural characteristics, needs and tendencies of each partner.
Some people need more independence within a relationship, while others need more closeness and reassurance.
Some people want to talk about their feelings immediately. Others need time to process what they feel before they can express it.
Some people feel loved through words, while others experience love primarily through actions.
When I look at two people together, I can explore where their natural tendencies are similar and where they are different.
Differences are not necessarily a problem.
Sometimes they are exactly where two people have the opportunity to learn from each other.
How Is Relationship Compatibility Analysed in Numerology?
A relationship compatibility reading begins with the personal information of both partners, including their dates of birth.
The individual numbers provide a starting point for understanding each person's characteristics, needs and tendencies. I then look at the two maps together and explore the dynamic created between them.
It is important to understand that there is no single number that decides whether two people are “compatible.”
A meaningful numerology compatibility reading is not simply about comparing one number or looking at a table of number pairings.
I want to understand the person behind the numbers.
Where Does Astrology Come In?
Astrology adds another layer to understanding a relationship.
It allows me to explore the dynamic between two people as well as the period the relationship is currently experiencing.
There are times when a relationship is going through a process of building stability. Other periods may invite a deeper conversation, a change or an important shared decision.
I do not use astrology to frighten people or tell them exactly what will happen.
I use it to understand what is happening now and to help people see the possibilities available to them.
What Does Kabbalah Add?
Kabbalah adds another layer of perspective.
When I look at a couple, I do not want to understand only each person's personality. I also want to understand what the two people bring into each other's lives.
Sometimes we meet someone who helps us learn something about ourselves.
A relationship may invite us to develop patience, independence, trust or the ability to listen.
Sometimes the differences between partners are precisely what allow both people to grow.
For me, relationship compatibility through numerology, astrology and Kabbalah is therefore not about finding a “perfect” couple.
It is about understanding the relationship more deeply and recognising the possibilities within it.
A Story From My Consultations
I remember a couple who came to see me after being together for several years.
They were having the same arguments again and again, and both felt that the other person simply did not understand them.
When I looked at their maps, I saw that each person needed something different in order to feel secure and loved.
One needed more words and conversation.
The other needed actions, presence and quality time.
Once they understood that difference, something changed.
They began to realise that behaviour one person interpreted as a lack of love was actually the other person's way of expressing love.
It did not solve every disagreement overnight.
But it gave them a new tool: understand before you interpret.
What Happens in a Relationship Compatibility Consultation?
When a couple comes to me, I look at each person individually and then at the relationship between them.
I ask:
What are each person's needs and natural tendencies?
Where is there natural similarity?
Where are there differences worth understanding?
How does each person communicate?
What period is the relationship currently going through?
And what can each person do to build a healthier and more supportive relationship?
I do not give couples a compatibility score, and I do not decide for anyone whether they should stay together or leave.
My goal is to give couples understanding and practical tools.
So, Are You Compatible?
Perhaps the more important question is not:
“Are we compatible?”
but:
“Do we understand each other?”
Two very different people can sometimes build a beautiful relationship when they understand and respect their differences.
And two people who seem very similar may still need to learn how to listen, compromise and make space for each other.
Numbers can open the door to understanding.
What you do with that understanding is up to both of you.
