To find your personal year, reduce your day and month of birth to a single digit between 1 and 9, then add that number to the digits of the current calendar year and reduce again to a single digit

Suppose you were born on June 14
Day of birth: 1 + 4 = 5
Month of birth: 6
Combine day + month: 5 + 6 = 11
Reduce to a single digit: 1 + 1 = 2
Year 2026: 2 + 0 + 2 + 6 = 10 → 1 + 0 = 1
