When Is the Right Time to Make a Big Career Decision? What Numerology, Astrology and Kabbalah Can Reveal About Your Career and Business

One of the questions people ask me often is: Is it time to make a change in my career?
Sometimes a person feels that they are not in the right place. Sometimes they want to start a business, take a new opportunity or move into a different field, but they are not sure whether the timing is right.
I am Fibi Algabrilitz, a numerologist, astrologer and Kabbalist, and I have been working in this field for more than 45 years.
Over the years, many people have come to me wanting to understand not only what suits them, but also when it is right to act.
For me, both things are important.
It is not only about what suits me — it is also about when
When I look at a person, I want to understand their natural tendencies and abilities.
Some people are better suited to working with people, some have strong management abilities, some are creative, and some are very well suited to technical or business fields.
But even when we know what suits a person, there is still an important question:
Is now the right time?
Sometimes the opportunity is good, but the timing is not right yet.
At other times, a person can enter a period when it is better to take advantage of an opportunity rather than wait too long.
What can the numbers tell you about your career?
The numbers can help me understand a person's character, tendencies and the things they may be able to do more naturally.
Over the years, many people have come to me wondering whether to make a career change.
Sometimes a person has been in the same job for years but feels that they are not really in the right place.
Sometimes they chose a profession because of their family, because it was considered “safe”, or simply because that was the direction life took them.
I try to understand what is really right for the person themselves.
My aim is not to tell someone what they “must” do, but to help them understand themselves better and see possibilities they may not have seen before.
So where does astrology come in?
This is another very important part of my work — timing.
Numerology helps me understand the person and their tendencies.
Astrology gives me another way of looking at the period they are currently in.
There are periods when I tell a person: wait a little.
And there are periods when I say: now is a good time to act.
I always tell my clients that if the timing is not right, sometimes it is better to wait.
But if a person is in a good business period, I can also encourage them not to be afraid and to take advantage of the opportunity.
I remember a client who wanted to bring special stones from Africa and start trading them.
For several years he tried to obtain the licences he needed, but things simply did not work out.
I told him that his good business period would open in 2026.
For three years he stayed in Africa and tried to move the business forward, but he could not get the licences.
Then 2026 arrived.
Exactly during the period I had told him about, things started to fall into place and he received the licences he needed to begin trading.
For me, this is exactly where timing becomes important.
And what does Kabbalah add?
When I look at a person, I want to understand the basic conditions they came into the world with, their direction and their purpose.
I try to guide them to be as close as possible to their destiny and purpose.
But I also know that life changes.
A person's destiny and needs can be expressed differently during different periods of life, so I do not look at only one thing.
I look at the person and at the period of life they are in now.
How do I know when it is time to act?
The answer is in each person's numbers.
Every person has different periods in life, and each period has a different combination of luck, strength and possibilities.
There are periods that are more suitable for buying or moving house, periods that are good for love and relationships, and periods when it is right to focus more on career or business.
Each period has its own strength and the things that suit it.
So when someone asks me whether now is the right time to make a change, I look at their numbers and the period they are in.
I do not look only at what is happening today — I also look at what is coming.
After more than 45 years in this field, I know how important timing can be.
What does this look like in a real consultation?
When someone comes to me about a career or business, I do not look at just one question.
I try to understand:
What suits them?
What are their strengths?
What do they really want?
And what period of life are they in now?
Sometimes the answer is to act.
Sometimes the answer is to wait.
And sometimes the most important thing is to understand that the profession or path a person is currently on simply does not suit them.
I believe that when a person understands themselves better, it becomes much easier to make a decision.
What do I want a person to take away from a consultation?
The most important thing for me is that a person connects with themselves.
I want them to understand what matters to them, accept themselves and feel that they have strengths and abilities.
Many people think they are not good enough or that they need to be someone else.
I want to help them see what they already have within them.
For me, numerology and Kabbalah are tools that help me understand the person and their soul, and give them information that can help them choose a path that suits them better.
We do not always know on our own why we feel stuck or why a particular path is not working.
Sometimes we simply need to look at things from another perspective.
